Method of Working

I trained for five years with the British Association of Analytical Body-Psychotherapy.  The therapeutic approach extends analytical psychotherapy with the aim of enabling clients to explore difficulties and conflicts in their lives through creativity and movement as well as a psychological and verbal level.  Clients may, however, only wish and need to talk during the session.
